Real expertise shouldn’t have to compete
with questionable health books of uncertain origin.

YOU can make a difference !

AI can produce a book in hours. The problem is when health and body advice appears faster than consumers can determine who wrote it, what they know, and whether they should be trusted.

First, A Baseline…

THE REAL DEAL

THE FASCIA CONNECTION
David Lesondak

What does it look like when a health book comes from a real, traceable subject-matter expert?

David Lesondak has spent years working, teaching, speaking and publishing in the field of fascia. His professional history, clinical affiliation and previous work can be independently verified.

The Fascia Connection was published August 18, 2026 by Balance, an imprint of Hachette Book Group. It is 288 pages and includes 20 clearly written, step-by-step fascia movement practices.

THEY JUST KEEP COMING.

New fascia books have been appearing on Amazon at a remarkable pace — sometimes daily. And many share the same curious footprints.

NO AUTHOR PHOTO — Often there's no identifiable person behind the name.

NO HISTORY BEFORE THE BOOK — Search the author and little—or nothing—appears before publication.

NO RELEVANT CREDENTIALS — Professional experience in fascia, healthcare or movement can be difficult to verify.

FAMILIAR-SOUNDING TITLES — “28-Day.” “10 Minutes a Day.” “Release Chronic Pain.” “Regulate Your Nervous System.” “Restore Mobility.”

SHORT, FAST BOOKS — Many are substantially shorter than conventional health books and appear in rapid succession.

THE SAME PROMISES — AGAIN AND AGAIN
Similar language, positioning, and solutions recur across apparently unrelated authors and books.
It’s not just fascia. It’s showing up in many health-related fields.

Here’s a link to colleague Leslie Kaminoff’s post about the same issue in the Yoga Book Space

None of these things proves a book was created with AI—or that there's anything improper about it. But when several appear together, it’s reasonable to ask questions about who created the book, what expertise stands behind it, and whether the health information deserves your trust.

To be clear, we are using AI to help us find and analyze these books.

Four books. The same title. The same publication date.
And similar cover figures & colors.

There is no official “Follow the Author” link. We have not been able to connect this Dr. Daniel Wiley to any real medical doctor. Books with the same author name represent a swath of medical specialties that would be highly unlikely for a single person to possess and be able to write authoritatively about.

AUGUST 19th WAS BUSY, TOO.

But Wait – There’s More…

These two may be our “favorites”…

FASCIA OF THE CONNECTION: FASCIA THE LIVING SERIES

Author: Bruce Gilchrist
Published: August 16, 2026‍

Another author with no history or footprint. With “Connection” in the title, even in this nonsensical manner, ensures it comes up with the real book – “The Fascia Connection” by David Lesondak (a real book by a real author). Published within two days of the REAL Fascia Connection book.
Need we say more?

THE EMOTIONAL FASCIA CONNECTION

Author: Erhan Erdik
Published: August 16, 2026‍

Same comment about “Connection” in the title as above and published on the same day. Unlike Bruce, Erhan is one of the most prolific authors in our list.
